Extended Hours

  • With Platinum support, our Customer Service Managers have “retail friendly hours” so we can properly care for your stores when they need it.

Budgets

  • Platinum allows you to predetermine your stores’ operational budgets by total supplies, supply categories, or by individual items. OMNILINK alerts a store if it exceeds the budget level on one or more items. The store manager can then change their order to make sure their location is compliant with corporate objectives. There are optional overrides for this feature that can be assigned to a regional or corporate manager.

Immediate Business Intelligence

  • We give you the information when you need it, in the format you need. By integrating data across various levels in OMNIVIEW and delivering self-service reporting and analysis, you spend less time looking for information and are able to make better, more informed decisions. By identifying a range of key criteria, alerts can be set to inform you when a measurement falls outside of your predetermined range.

Usage/Sales Tax

  • We provide the service of collecting and paying taxes for you on the appropriate supply items. We maintain all regulations of the counties, provinces and states where your stores reside.

Combined Billing for Supplies and Services

  • We are able to verify and consolidate the indirect products and services from all of your suppliers and allow your corporate finance department to only have to process one invoice.

Leveraging the Workforce

  • With Platinum, you receive all of your supply items from one supplier. This increases a store’s productivity. We create a customized secure website that lets your stores go to one place for all operational supply information, shipping schedules, forms, documents, contract services, news bulletins, and more. This is a FREE benefit built exclusively for you and maintained by us. We also offer the mobile technology for your larger stores. OMNISCAN is the size of a remote car control, but contains the most powerful inventory control system available. Simply walk the floor of your store and scan the supplies you need. OMNISCAN automatically recognizes the store manager and instantly applies the budget control features that the corporate office has determined for that store, for that period. It is as easy as it sounds.

New Stores

  • When a new store opens or a seasoned one is remodeled, you have all of those miscellaneous items that you need at those locations. We will coordinate with your construction department and the local store management team. We make sure your supplies arrive exactly when you need them and are organized in a manner that the store’s personnel can easily locate each piece.

Distribution Center

  • NO STORAGE COSTS: We deliver either to the store or to the distribution center the same day your truck heads out to each location. The boxes are labeled to facilitate an instantaneous cross-dock method. NO DAMAGED OR OBSOLESCENT MERCHANDISE: We place all of the responsibility of indirect supply management on ourselves. This eliminates overstock of these products. It completely ends dead stock on supply items.
